What questions do people often ask you when they first learn about Fifty2:5 or think about getting coaching?

When people first discover Fifty2:5 or consider Christian life coaching, common questions include:

What is the difference between life coaching and counselling/psychotherapy? Life coaching focuses on present and future goals, helping you unlock your potential and achieve specific outcomes, while counselling and psychotherapy often delve into past traumas and mental health diagnoses. We focus on empowering you for tomorrow.

Christian life coaching vs. life coaching? Christian life coaching integrates biblical principles, prayer, and a faith-based worldview into the coaching process, offering guidance rooted in spiritual wisdom alongside practical strategies.

Why Fifty2:5? (Philippians 2:5) Our name, Fifty2:5, is inspired by Philippians 2:5: "Have this mind among yourselves, which is in Christ Jesus." It signifies our core mission: helping you cultivate the "mind of Christ" to navigate challenges and live with purpose.

What type of clients do you normally work with? We specialize in working with "people pleasers" who struggle with setting healthy boundaries, feel unfulfilled, or are seeking to align their lives more closely with their faith. We also support individuals facing career decisions, relationship challenges, and the complexities of adulthood.

How do I know if this is for me? If you're seeking clarity, growth, empowerment, and a faith-centered approach to personal development, and you're ready to commit to positive change, then Fifty2:5 is likely a great fit for you.

What are the benefits of life coaching? Benefits include gaining clarity on your goals, developing effective strategies, improving relationships, enhancing confidence, reducing stress, setting healthy boundaries, and fostering a deeper connection with your faith.

What are some common concerns or hesitations someone might have about trying Christian life coaching, especially if they're used to pleasing others?

It's completely normal for people pleasers to experience hesitations, such as:

Fear of being perceived as selfish: Learning to prioritize your well-being and set boundaries is not selfish; it's essential for a healthy, sustainable life and relationships.

Fear of disappointing the coach (performance anxiety): Our coaching environment is free of judgment. We celebrate progress, not perfection, and your growth is our focus.

Fear of conflict and boundary setting: We'll equip you with compassionate, effective strategies to communicate your needs and establish boundaries without guilt.

Fear of being "wrong" or inadequate: Our space is for learning and growth. There are no "wrong" answers, only opportunities for discovery.

Overthinking and over-apologizing: We'll help you build confidence in your decisions and find your authentic voice.

Misunderstanding "submission" or "service": We explore biblical concepts of submission and service in a way that empowers, rather than diminishes, your individual identity and agency.

Fear of losing their "helpful" identity: You'll learn to serve from a place of strength and joy, not obligation or depletion.

Comfort being uncomfortable: Growth often requires stepping outside your comfort zone, and we'll guide you through that process with empathy and support.

Is there anything unique or important about how your Christian faith guides the coaching that people often ask about or should know?

Absolutely. My personal journey and extensive biblical knowledge deeply inform my coaching. Having been trained by the Christian Leaders Institute and grown up in a Christian household, my faith is central. There was a period in my life where I strayed, struggling with people-pleasing, unhealed hurt, resentment, unforgiveness, and addiction. Overcoming these challenges with the Lord's help revealed how impossible life is without Christ and how crucial it is to release the burden of trying to be "god" over one's own life. This experience gives me a profound understanding and empathy, allowing me to guide clients with insight into what paths to avoid and how to build a life founded on God's grace and wisdom, free from judgment.

What's one or two key things you want people to really understand about the results or benefits they can expect from working with you?

You can expect a truly transformative experience where you will:

Find a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free space: You will feel genuinely heard, understood, and comfortable enough to open up. I am a great listener—patient, thoughtful, and fully present.

Gain a unique, Christ-centered perspective: Without the intention of being judgmental, I will help you see the world and your challenges through a more biblical and godly lens. You will leave feeling encouraged, grounded, and with much clearer thinking.

Achieve meaningful personal and spiritual growth: We'll work on important areas like career decisions, relationship challenges, and navigating adulthood. You'll develop a resilient growth mindset, increased confidence, and learn to set healthy boundaries.

Cultivate the "mind of Christ": Through compassionate, faith-centered guidance, you'll gain the confidence to be more assertive, manage stress, and submit to obedience to God. Each session is carefully curated to your individual needs, sharing knowledge and wisdom to help you gain discernment. You will feel fulfilled, supported, and encouraged, equipped to navigate adulthood with faith and intention.
